I'm really not sure how to measure brutallity. As in blood it's Braindead, but it's trimmed ridiculous, so if brutal means shocking it's about the person who sees it. Some people may get sick after watching Salo or other things like that just because shit is shown other may cry watching animals getting killed. For me i can only say what scene i found worst and that was the cat eating by rats scene of Man Behind the Sun, the rest of the movie was not bad at all though
